What fingerprinting services do you offer?
- - Ink fingerprinting for card submissions.
- - Digital fingerprinting for card scan submissions.
- - FBI IdHS/FINRA EFS Transmitter [eDO Channeler].
- - FDLE/AHCA Level 2 Authorized Livescan submitter.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
Debit & Credit Cards - [All Major Card Issuers]
Mobile Payment App - [Cash App, Venmo, etc]
Good Ol' Cash [USD Only]

What are your business hours?
- Weekdays [M-F]: 08:00am - 09:00pm
- Weekends [S-S]: 09:00AM - 07:00pm
- Public Holidays: By Appointment Only

What is your refund policy?
- Payment for completed fingerprinting services are non-refundable under any circumstance, however;
- FBI fingerprint rejection letter may be subject to (1) resubmission at no extra cost.
- FDLE fingerprint rejections DO NOT QUALIFY for a no-fee resubmission.
- Fingerprint card rejection MAY NOT QUALIFY for reprint if reason for rejection is the fault of the applicant. (i.e failure to follow your agency/employers detailed instructions).

- General Notary Work. [Affidavit, Oath/Ack]
- USCIS Form I-9 Verification. [Notary Public]
- Wedding Officiant [Marriage Solemnization]
- Document Apostille. [Attestation/Expediter]
- Notary/Loan Signing Agent [Attorney Assist]

What is your refund policy?
- Payment for completed notary public, mobile notary, wedding officiant and loan signing agent services are non-refundable under any circumstance, however;
- Cancellations requested more than 48hrs before service may be refunded. $10 cancellation fee may apply.
- Changes made 24-48hrs are only eligible for a one time reschedule (1). $20 cancellation fee may apply if not rescheduling.
- Cancellation made within 24hrs of service CANNOT be refunded. May be eligible for a credit.
